The work commenced on Monday 6 October and completed at lunchtime on Saturday 11 October. My wife and I are delighted with the bathroom. In particular, I would like to profusely thank your engineer Derek who worked tirelessly on the job and always ensured that the area was left clean and tidy. The quality of his work was exemplary. This is to confirm our recent conversation when I praised the work of APQ Group in fitting my kitchen.
The staff worked very hard, were always polite and gave helpful advice. At all stages of completion I was kept informed of progress by Simon and the process was managed very efficiently and effectively by Marik and yourself. Simon had a good sense of humour throughout the two weeks of installing my kitchen.
APQ installed a bathroom for me over a year ago and I have been as impressed with that as my kitchen. The work is of a very high quality and I would strongly recommend your company.

With reference to the recent installation of a new bathroom at our above-mentioned address. my wife and I wanted to write to you to commend your staff for the helpful. conscientious and highly professional manner in which the work of installing our new bathroom was carried out.
Whilst we may have had reservations about the approach and attitude of the staff at the main suppliers, B &Q, we have nothing but praise for the excellent manner in which the installation itself was undertaken. Initially. we were a bit concerned that communication with your staff might be a little difficult. but in practice that proved to be completely unfounded. In particular, Malik, Andrew and Paul were always most helpful and polite, and very easy to deal with, and the standard of their work was of the highest quality. We are delighted with the end result.

We would like to express our delight at the workmanship and care which was taken by the APQ Group in your installation of our recent Wickes kitchen replacement. We were impressed with the whole process from the initial measuring and costing of the kitchen installation, to the skill and care taken by your staff in completing the installation itself. In particular we would like to note the hard and dedicated work of your staff, and their prompt attention to the many details of the work. Above all we would especially like to commend the work and role of Marek of APQ, for whom nothing was too much trouble during the installation, and who marshalled the complex sequence of activities and staff so well, and moreover kept exactly to the schedule that we had agreed initially. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to let you know I purchased new Bathroom suite from wickes High Wycombe. It has now been fitted and i would like you to know that the whole experience from start to finish could not have been better starting with the special offer on to the design consultant (Dimuth) not forgetting the installation team (Johnny) the fitter, all of whom were very pleasent and professional.

At the start Marek was really clear in explaining how things would progress, and Tad was help-kil at the end when we had a few final questions a; we paid the final bill.
Karel and Pawel worked really hard thr lughout, and they were clearly determined to complete a high quality job. I was particularly impressed by the care and consideration they took to work tidily and keep mess. and disruption to a minimum It wt ; also really help- Ell that Karel communicated very clearly each day what they would achieve, and what they planned to do the next day.
And the rubbish disappeared promptly and we were impressed that the driveway was thoroughly swept in the process.
So all in all, thank you for transforming our bathroom!

On 14 February 2012 our new kitchen arrived from Wickes as promised and for the next 3 weeks your fitters/electricians etc. came and transformed our kitchen.
I am writing to you to express how delighted my husband and I have been with the total professionalism of the team and the way the work was carried out to a very high standard. Each delivery of goods arrived on time and Sean kept me informed of progress every step of the way. The house was left clean at the end of every day the team were here and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I would like to single out Tab for being such a superb electrician as well as being extremely helpful when we seeked advice from him.
It makes such a change these days to find this truly high standard and helpfulness in companies and I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to any colleagues/friends that are also looking to buy a new kitchen and find kitchen fitters. Well done!

I just had to write to way how pleased we were with your company. The workman and quality of their work was excellent. Nothing was to much trouble for them, any problem was overcome with politeness and a smile. We have already recommended you to several people and will not hesitate to use you again. I cannot praise the team at Magnet in Amersham highly enough for the excellent new kitchen they have installed in our flat. Having encountered a few false starts in the journey to having our kitchen refitted, not to mention some less than honest behaviour from Magnets competitors they are like a breath of fresh air to us. From the team in store at Amersham with special thanks to Ziya who was attentive, trustworthy,professional and very patient when I kept changing my mind, to the great effort made by Sean & his team of fitters from to fit our kitchen during an extremely hot period of weather. The whole experience was trouble free & completed in the time frame we asked. The kitchen was fitted to the highest of standards we are very happy with the result, not a snag or even a tiny mistake. With their attention to detail & outstanding workmanship they should be proud of their efforts. I would recommend Magnet to anybody, again thank you so much.
